Subject: RealSense: Understanding Consumer Duty Awareness Training
Dear Steve,
Hoping all well ….. I hope that you don’t mind me texting you through LinkedIn, but I am reaching out to let you know about RealSense’s new e-learning course ‘Understanding Consumer Duty’ which has been developed in collaboration with threesixty services. https://realsense-learning.co.uk/courses/consumer-duty/
The Consumer Duty is a piece of regulation which aims to fundamentally improve how firms serve their customers. It sets higher and clearer standards of customer protection across financial services and requires firms to put their customers’ needs first. July 31st, 2023 is the deadline for firms to fully implement the Consumer Duty for new and existing products and services that are open to sale or renewal. Our course is suitable for all FCA regulated firms, although the examples featured will be particularly relevant to advisory and investment management firms. It’s accessible across multiple devices and upon completion you’ll immediately receive a certificate of compliance. The course content includes: • Introduction to Consumer Duty • Who Does the Consumer Duty Apply To? • The Consumer Duty Conduct Rule • Understanding the Consumer Duty • Monitoring The Consumer Duty Outcomes • Assessment You can find out more at our website www.real-sense.com
If this could help with training your firm, I'd love to set up a quick call with you about it. Kind Regards Neil Young |m 07734050240 | www.real-sense.co.uk

Fascinating to hear that the FCA feels that it needs to ask people to start to ‘act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers’
