Important Service Update from the Academy of Life Planning



Dear Valued Members,

In our continuous effort to ensure you have access to the best tools for life planning, we must share some important news regarding one of our trusted suppliers, LifeTidy.

Due to the current economic environment, LifeTidy will be closing its doors. We understand this news may come as an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause to your planning process. LifeTidy has been a valued partner, and we are grateful for their service to our community.

Closure Date: Please be aware that LifeTidy will officially cease operations on February 9th 2024. We strongly encourage you to download and secure your data from LifeTidy before this date.

How to Download Your Data from LifeTidy:

  1. Open the LifeTidy app.

  2. Tap the burger bar at the bottom right corner.

  3. Select 'Settings' > 'Privacy Settings'.

  4. Choose 'Download your information'.

  5. A file containing all your data will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

LifeTidy assures full compliance with GDPR, guaranteeing that all your information will be deleted from their cloud upon the closure.

Introducing Keylu as an Alternative:

In light of LifeTidy’s closure, we are pleased to introduce Keylu (https://keylu.com/blogs/introducing-keylus-wallets-your-life-simplified-and-sorted) as an alternative supplier. Keylu offers innovative solutions to simplify and sort your life planning needs. We believe Keylu will provide a seamless transition and support your ongoing planning efforts.
